2nd Grade: Plants and Pollinators

Kettle Falls Elementary School 2nd Graders have been studying about Plants and Pollinators this year. Students had the chance to put their learning into action on “Better World Day”. The students spent time tending the flowerbeds at the front entrance of the Elementary School and planted fresh geraniums and marigolds donated from the KFHS Horticulture class. The fresh bark, edged flowerbeds, and new flowers have created a beautiful space as you enter our building.
